Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and super comfortable with amazing toiletries, but there was a slight issue with room allocation during check-in. The service was excellent and the staff were polite and efficient, although there was some noise disturbance on a particular night. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Indianapolis, making it convenient to visit nearby attractions. The dining options were very nice, but I found the availability of Koshihikari brand rice lacking. Overall, a great stay with minor hiccups.
The hotel had nice and very comfortable rooms that made us not want to leave, but they were overpriced. The rooms were clean, had amazing toiletries, and featured the most comfortable beds and pillows ever, although there was some noise and movement from other guests.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering nice amenities. However, a more thorough cleaning is needed, especially under the vanity in the bathroom. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for my Indy trip, close to the stadiums and convention center, although I had a slight hiccup finding the elevator. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but the facilities were top-notch.
